BPS Membership

Join British Poker Series BPS Membership to be eligible for exclusive deals. Members will be able to take part in promotions or prize draws. Each prize winner will be contacted using the email address submitted.

General Terms Of Membership

1. All BPS memberships and participation in all current schemes are subject to these terms. By taking part, you confirm your acceptance of these terms.
2. All new members are enrolled onto BPS Membership upon sign-up. Membership and participation in BPS promotions remains at our invitation.
3. Applicants and Members agree and confirm that it is their responsibility to adhere to any host venue rules and conditions.
4. We maintain the right to examine and assess the benefits of membership on a regular basis, to ask you to join or enrol in a different form of membership, to keep you enrolled in an existing benefit, and to cancel membership at any time.
5. These terms are subject to periodic updates or changes. When there are major changes, we will try our best to notify you about them online and at host venues. After they are uploaded to our website, any updated conditions will take effect immediately.
6. All members must be 18 or over to join.
7. Membership is free. You can register at www.britishpokerseries.com.
8. Membership is, and will always be, at our exclusive discretion, and it may be revoked or suspended whenever we see fit.
9. Applicants agree and confirm that it is their responsibility to keep their name, contact details and contact preferences up to date and secure. We cannot be held responsible for any failure by Applicants to do so.
10. Anyone who has self-excluded, or used SENSE to self-exclude, agrees that it is their sole obligation to refrain from entering, attempting to enter, or registering with any casino while they are a member of the programme.
11. Individuals who have self-excluded agree that if they enter a casino and/or gamble, they will be asked to leave the property, and any profits they make after that will be forfeited without any further obligations.

Data

12. When you sign up for membership, you will provide your name, address, contact information and any information that can be used to identify you.
13. This information may be used to notify you of special reward point promotions or deals that we might run from time to time that you could consider taking part in.
14. This information may be used to sign you up to be entered into our contests and offers.
15. This information may be used to meet our legal, regulatory and reporting obligations.
16. Any processing of your personal data for BPS membership purposes is, and will be, processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. For further details see our Privacy Policy.

Photography & Filming Notice

Please be aware that photography and video recording may take place during BPS events. These images may be used by BPS for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes across digital and print platforms, including but not limited to social media, websites, press releases, and future event materials.

Your Rights Under UK GDPR

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018:

• You have the right to object to the use of your image.
• If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform a member of BPS staff at the event or contact us in advance via player@britishpokerseries.com.
• You may request the removal of any published content featuring your image by contacting our Data Protection Officer.
• We will respect written non-consent forms submitted at our events. If you have signed a non-consent form, your image will not be used in BPS promotional material where it is reasonably possible to exclude it.
• All personal data, including images and video, is processed securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Please note that the British Poker Series is a live event where photography and videography are routinely conducted by both official media teams and third-party attendees.

While we make every effort to honour non-consent requests, it is not always possible to guarantee complete exclusion from all footage or images taken in public or crowded settings. For individuals who wish to ensure they are not captured under any circumstances, we respectfully advise that participation in live events may not be suitable.

OLA Poker Tour Team Battle Promotion

These terms apply to the BPS promotion offering players the chance to win a place on Team BPS for the OLA Poker Tour Team Battle at King's Resort Rozvadov from 10-14 September 2026.

1. The promoter is BPS Entertainment LLP (OC451562), trading as British Poker Series.
2. The promotion is open to eligible players aged 18 or over who are legally permitted to enter the host casino and take part in live poker events.
3. Players must comply with all host venue rules, age verification checks, membership requirements, responsible gambling policies and any instructions issued by BPS staff or venue staff.
4. 5 x €1K OLA Poker Tour BPS Team Packages may be awarded through BPS special promotions during the August 2026 BPS Carnival at Genting Casino Stratford, London.
5. Each advertised package is valued at €1,000 and is expected to include a 5-night hotel stay at King's Resort, 1 x OLA Poker Tour Main Event buy-in valued at €350, a €250 travel allowance, membership of #TeamBPS for the OLA Poker Tour at King's Rozvadov, and access to exclusive #TeamBPS prizes.
6. The advertised package routes are: 1 x package through the BPS200 Summer Edition Day 1A Early Bird draw; 1 x package through the BPS200 Member Last Longer; 1 x package through the BPS Carnival Main Event Day 1A Early Bird draw; 1 x package through the BPS Carnival Main Event Member Last Longer; and 1 x package via selected All-in Events only.
7. For Early Bird draw routes, eligible players must enter the relevant advertised Day 1A Early Bird event. The draw will take place after that tournament has started, unless BPS announces a different process.
8. For Member Last Longer routes, the package will be awarded to the last eligible BPS member standing in the relevant event. Players must be registered BPS members before late registration closes for that event. Players who join after late registration closes will not be eligible for that Member Last Longer promotion.
9. The final package route can only be won via selected All-in Events. All-in Event timings, formats and eligibility requirements will be announced by BPS during the promotion period.
10. Exact route dates, package claim requirements and any additional package conditions will be confirmed by BPS before or during the promotion period.
11. Packages are not cash prizes. No cash alternative is offered unless BPS decides otherwise in writing.
12. Packages are personal to the selected winner and are non-transferable. They must not be sold, exchanged, assigned, gifted or transferred. If a winner cannot attend or take up the package, BPS may withdraw it and redraw or award it to another eligible player.
13. Winners are responsible for ensuring they can travel, hold valid travel documents, meet any venue or event entry requirements, and attend the OLA Poker Tour Team Battle dates of 10-14 September 2026.
14. BPS is not responsible for passports, visas, travel disruption, personal expenses, insurance, missed travel, refusal of entry by a venue, or any costs not expressly included in the confirmed package details.
15. The OLA Poker Tour, King's Resort or any relevant host venue may apply separate event terms, tournament rules, venue rules and entry conditions. Winners must comply with those rules.
16. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, cannot attend, cannot accept or take up the package, fails eligibility checks, breaches these terms, or does not claim the package within the required timeframe, BPS may withdraw the package and redraw or award it to another eligible player.
17. BPS may amend, pause, cancel or substitute the promotion or any package where reasonably necessary due to operational, venue, legal, regulatory, scheduling or event changes.
18. BPS decisions on qualification, eligibility, package allocation and disputes are final, subject to any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
19. Participation in the promotion does not guarantee tournament entry, travel, accommodation, expenses or team selection unless those items are specifically included in the confirmed package details and the player has been confirmed by BPS as a package winner.
20. Responsible gambling rules apply at all times. Players who are self-excluded or otherwise restricted from gambling venues must not enter or take part.

Liability

18. Nothing within these terms acts to exclude our liability in respect of personal injury or death, nor any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited as a matter of applicable law.
19. Except as provided above and to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, we shall not be liable to you in any way for any consequential or incidental loss or damage, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, lost benefits or redemption opportunities, wasted costs or expenses, or any other indirect, special loss or damage, howsoever arising and howsoever caused.
20. In the event of a dispute or claim, including non-contractual disputes or claims, our maximum responsibility to you will be limited to: (i) a re-credit of any prizes that are under dispute; or (ii) £100 in all circumstances.

General

21. Membership does not give any rights or entitlements beyond those expressly stated in these terms.
22. A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these terms and conditions.
23. These terms and conditions replace all previous versions and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.
24. Any disputes will be decided by the English courts, the exclusive jurisdiction of which we both accept.
25. References to "We", "Us", "Our" or "BPS" are references to BPS Entertainment LLP (OC451562), the operator of the BPS Membership programme.
26. References to "You" are to the prospective or participating member of our BPS Membership.

Tournament deductions: A 3% staff gratuity may be deducted from the prize pool, but this gratuity is optional. You may adjust or remove the staff gratuity before entering the tournament by speaking to a member of staff. In addition, up to 2% of your buy-in may be deducted from the prize pool to support event operational costs.
