British Poker Series – Early Bird Registration Terms & Conditions

(Applicable to the BPS200 JUNE Chip Leader Promotion)

1. Eligibility

Early Bird entry is available on a first‑come, first‑served basis.

Players must be 18+ and meet all venue identification and entry requirements.

Early Bird eligibility applies only to Day 1A (Wednesday 3 June) of the £100K BPS200 Easter Edition.

Players MUST be fully registered before 6.15pm on Day 1A to qualify.

2. Registration Requirements

To qualify for Early Bird benefits, players must complete registration before the 6.15pm cutoff on the relevant Day 1.

Registration must be fully processed and accepted by the hosting venue.

Late registrations (after 6.15pm) do not qualify for Early Bird benefits.

3. Early Bird Chip Leader Promotion – Specific Conditions

Early Bird players will receive:

One free entry into the BPS £1,000 Day 1A Chip Leader Promotion.

Only Early Bird players are eligible for the Chip Leader Bonus.

Chip Leader Bonus Rules

£1,000 is awarded to the overall Day 1A Chip Leader.

Only the first entry registered before 6.15pm is valid for Chip Leader Bonus eligibility.

Re‑entries do not qualify.

If a player is not the overall Day 1A Chip Leader, they are not eligible for any Chip Leader prize.

The Chip Leader Bonus will be paid on Sunday 7 June.

Integrity & Conduct - The prize will be withdrawn if there is any suspicion of collusion, soft play, or unethical behaviour.

Management decisions are final.

4. Re‑Entry & Late Registration

Early Bird benefits do not apply to re‑entries.

Early Bird benefits do not apply to players registering after 6.15pm.

Early Bird benefits do not apply to any additional Day 1 flights beyond Day 1A.

Standard tournament rules apply for late registration and re‑entry periods.

5. Prize Structure & Deductions

All BPS tournaments apply standard deductions, including:

3% staffing and operational deduction

Up to 2% BPS marketing and promotional deduction

Early Bird benefits do not alter prize pool calculations.

Seats awarded via the Mega Draw are separate from the tournament prize pool.

6. Venue Rules

All players must comply with the hosting casino’s house rules, including:

ID verification

Responsible gaming policies

Conduct and behaviour standards

Failure to comply may result in disqualification.

7. Amendments & Cancellation

BPS reserves the right to:

Modify Early Bird allocations

Adjust event structures

Withdraw or amend the promotion at any time

Any changes will follow venue and regulatory guidelines.

8. General Conditions

Participation in the event constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

BPS and the hosting venue reserve the right to refuse entry where necessary.

Management decisions are final.
