Your Rights: Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), you have the right to object to the use of your image. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify a member of BPS staff at the event or contact us in advance via player@britishpokerseries.com. You may also request the removal of any published content featuring your image.
Staff Responsibilities: All BPS staff are trained to handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR. Staff are responsible for:

- Ensuring that any personal data collected during events is securely stored and processed
- Responding promptly to data subject requests, including access, correction, or deletion of personal data

Non-Consent Forms: Attendees who do not wish to appear in any media may complete a non-consent form at the event. BPS will make reasonable efforts to exclude individuals who have opted out from all promotional materials.
Please note that the British Poker Series is a live event where photography and videography are routinely conducted by both official media teams and third-party attendees.
While we make every effort to honour non-consent requests, it is not always possible to guarantee complete exclusion from all footage or images taken in public or crowded settings.
